Rite aid coupon policy

I took just a little bit of time today to read up on rite aid's coupon policy.  I have posted the pdf file link to those that are interested in printing it.  Its always a great idea to keep a copy of every stores coupon policy you shop at.  Reasons being is some cashiers are not trained in their stores coupon policy.  I have read over and over stories of how people are not allowed to use their coupons just because the cashier or managers didnt know their own coupon policy.  I have not yet encountered this issue.  Probably because i havent started couponing to the extreme.  WHICH someday i hope to get to.

SLOW week

This week is gonna be a slow one for me.  I really wish i could get more grocerys to stock up on. I'll keep my chin up and hopefully next week will be better.  I hope that in 6 months from now ill have a room filled with my stockpile and pics to show. And pics of the stuff im able to start donating bk. Our pantries are so low that your only allowed to get from them once every 6 months.

Ok, i know i havent posted. But havent had any deals to discuss.  But, I wanted to let you know your comments are wanted. Please be nice and considerate.  Being mean and name calling isnt allowed.  I personally wont tollerate it.  But if there is something you want me to look into and discuss my views id be more then pleased to do so..

Choices

I know we all face this as couponers.....Do i HOLD these 4 up rewards hoping next week ill get stuff for free with more up rewards.  OR, do i buy the cleaning supplies for 15 bucks and use some coupons to make it slightly cheaper and get the 5 up rewards.  I am hoping to figure this out soon.  I am totally excited that im learning.  I want this to be something that by this time in 6 months i can say i have saved HUNDREDS of dollars not only on cleaning supplies. But also on food. Seems to be my issue right now. I can find all the great deals for non food items but NOT food.

Rite aid trip

I am totally excited about this trip.  Almost worth going to buy a few more papers to get the purex crystals.  I did 2 transactions. They are as follows:

Total savings from reg price $20.77
Just shy of being 50% off.  Is a great deal i think. 
Also received (by surprise) $2.00 up reward  from ziplock

4 purex crystals used 4 q's for 2.00 each
2 Up rewards from ziplock $1.00 each

Spaced!!!

Was wondering if anyone has ever gone shopping.  Coupons in hand, and never gave them to the cashier.  Your mind is somewhere else and you just space on what you are really there to do? I did that today. Realized after I cashed out i forgot to give the coupons.  I really wish all stores were required to ask if you have coupons for days like this.  Thank goodness the service desk ladies were friendly and let me use my coupons.  Just had to hand the receipt and show them the item it matched to.  Today really wasn't my day to go shopping LOL.

Shop n Save

I tried my coupons at shop n save today. Am excited to say that YES they do indeed double coupons up to .50 cents.  My .50 cent coupon doubled to a BUCK.  I was totally excited.  OK, I didnt show my excitement but it was there.  Ill be paying more and more attention to their ad's from now on.  Also, this week they had an awesome deal on meats.  Their ads run monday through sunday.

Frustrated

Well first off i want to say hello. Thank you for having interest in my blog.  I am extremly new to couponing.  Any help would be appricated. Am hoping to find others in my area who also coupon. As i get better at what im doing i will post my success and failures.  Since we all learn by mistakes.  Im assuming ill have alot more of those then i will success's in the fisrt year.  Please be patient with me while i am learning not only to blog but to coupon.
